Mother's Day is definitely an accessories kind of holiday ... a little bit of flair added to an already nice table top, is what keeps guests coming back. Show 'em something they have not seen before. And for a few bucks, you can separate yourself from the crowd. One way to approach. The team has people with all kinds of approaches - use your personal shtick to take advantage of a time when Chef's might spend a few bucks knowing that one of the big days is approaching.
