1.  We are sending one of the WTR26EMBPLTR to all of you.  Please do not give it to the first pretty Sous Chef who bats her eyes and tells you how much she loves it!  It is reasonable to ask that several people. both Dealers and End users get to see this thing, and then put it in your showroom.

2.  September was the low water mark for our fiscal year, August usually is, but this years basement is last month.  I am already seeing a bounce back in the first few days of OCT so far at press time, so I am looking forward to a Monster October.  I like to think that the team at TSS works for you guys.  Our job is to make yours easier.  If there is something we can do toward that end, shoot us a line, text, email or throw a rock at Alex's window and we will be glad to help.  I am not a mind reader, to spite my attempts to acquire that skill in the last 30 years of marriage.  Speak up!

1.  The WTR26EMBPLTR is the item of focus this month.  I mean, we are far and away the best option for large bowls and serving pieces.  Not only in the breadth of the offering, the multiple sizes of the same shape and the original designs ... but our price points on the big pieces leaves plenty of room to make margin.  Play the perceived value game.  Hold one in your hands, feel the weight and examine the construction ... if you can not safely mark these up at least 30%,  I am hereby requesting that you send TSS your tape measure and consider a career in the custodial arts.
